I've never been much of a fan of the L & S extension boxes. And note bravos are not the strongest drives for a blown engine. Check the gimbal for play too. Gary |

Note, bravo gimbal rings are notorious for rounding out the upper swivel pin slot.
The added leverage and strain due to the design of the L & S dtrive extension cant help that. I would inspect that VERY carefully. Gary |

First off, drop the upper case/capitol letters in your posts. Bad Internet etiquette. It is considered yelling. Second, I don't care what anybody tells you, you won't know what's in there until you take it apart. Third, it's a Wellcraft and I have seen my share of problems in the engine mount to stringer block configuration of the late 80's to early 90's. It is a pi$$ poor design. There are other boats to consider. Good Luck! |
