Redo my drives??

I have some old TRS drives that work great but they have bad elctrolosis. The captacting plate has a few chips on it. I would like to have these repaired, welded where needed and painted. It also has a stipped drain plug on one drive where it leaks oil slowly. Anybody no who would do this in the Upstate NY area? How much should this cost to do 2 TRS drives that need minor welding and have alot of electrolosis? Any help would be great.

do you have any pictures? the drain plug hole is my big concern
