How do I resize...and post pictures???
 

I need all the help I can get to resize my pictures...and how to post them. OSO resized and posted my new Avitar...much appreciated!!! However, I want to be able to do it myself.

OSO said that they use a software called Adobe Photoshop for custom sizes. I'd like to know if I can get it free...and if so where to find it. I do have Microsoft Picture It! Photo Premium 9...but don't know if this progrom will do the trick.

I know all you guys / gals out there are pretty smart, and hope you can show me where to find the secret free software.
