How do you remove Mercury 3000 throttle controls
 

Im trying to re-upholster my side panel but I can't figure out how to remove my throttle control. Its a Mercury 3000 classic. I would very much appreciate any info.

on the bottom side of the shifter lever there is a hole in the hole is an allen screw, remove screw pull lever off, then remove the plastic covering the entire square part which will expose 4 srcews the rest you should be able to figure out if not let me know
