Our 2000 - 210 w/ 230hp 350 mercrusier runs 46mph @ 4600rpms with ski prop and runs 50+mph w I think a 19 pitch, now thats on speedo not gps.
So with 320hp she should really run. Good luck!

My friend had a boat exactly like yours with a 350 Alpha (not the magnum) and his ran about 50 mph. This was before GPS but when the boat was new. He sold it in the early 90's.

This is what I like to hear, so with a decent 320-350 horse small block, it oughta be a fun boat
