Cost of an XR/ITS system?

Anybody have an idea of the Complete cost of an XR/ITS system including all transom hardware and mounting items?

I'm looking at a boat with a bare bilge and am trying to price this in case I opt for a non-merc engine package.

Boat is complete but bilge is completely empty. Transom is cut for bravo's......

I just got a quote from DollarMarine on just the ITS transom assembly of $7700. No drive.
