Thanks for offering to help me out.I have added your link to my ordering list.It is now 4:50 and still no call back from Kenny.I just placed my order with Dana Marine and while placing the order added a few other things to the list.I can't stand being left hanging for weeks on end.I am trying to get my boat back together and this has held me up for three weeks now.O well lets see how Dana does now.At least I called them first and they had all my items on the shelf.Ill let you guys know how it goes. The guys working at Eddie are good folks. If you don't get it resolved to your satisfaction pronto, call and ask for Tom. I don't think that will be neccessary though. I've meet Chris and he's a good guy that tries hard.
MSD can be slow to deliver. I've had those problems myself. Also keep in mind the Eddie crew was at the Miami Boat Show for a week and like all of us, are scrambling to get caught back up. I can assure you they want your business. |

I don't know what the issue is or was.I am not one to bad mouth a company or there service.But they never tried to call or e-mail me that there was an issue till I called them last Thursday of last week.I asked them at that time to just send the in stock items so I could continue with my project,and they said ok.Now today I call again to see if maybe it got lost in shipping and Chris says they didn't even start packing it yet.And as of now 6:30 e.s.t. I still have not received a call back from Kenny or a response to the two e-mails I sent them today.When I called Chris to cancel the order he just said OK and good bye.Not the "I want your business, how can we work this out" response I was looking for.Dana received my 1800.00 order and maybe I'll try Eddie some other day when I have time to wait,just in case.And again please don't take this as bashing,Im just letting out steam and discribing my situation.

I understand.. If I was a consumer & it went down that way I would be pissed a bit too.. Like I said If I can help you with your needs let me know.. I just didnt want to bad mouth anyone thats done ok by me in the past.. If anyone's screwed me then thats a different story..
