Re: 5in muffler
Stinger, Stellings will make you some Kick Ass exaust and will not drain a lot of power. They made twim 1300's pass under 90 decibles.

Do you have any pictures of the setup, love to see them! |
Re: 5in muffler
If i remember right they were around 3500, but that included a compressor. I like them alot, but dont like the air cylinders on them. You have to keep the shafts well lubricated so they work freely. I you go to the livorsi website theyre on there. Everything i have ever gotten from them has been good so i keep going back. Brian

Re: 5in muffler
Ditch the switch and go full time.
No moving parts and the new mufflers out there, work very well. Eventually you will have to. |
Re: 5in muffler
Tibbstoy2, Stellings usually uses Corsa mufflers in their tail pipes....We have Stellings on our boat and had Imco make their Gatlin mufflers for ours (also had them make them as a slide in version so we could remove them when we want it loud)

Re: 5in muffler
How do IMCO Gatlins work in a dry tailpipe? My application is dry to the last inch. So any insertables would need to withstand the heat, and also would need to be capable of quieting without the water flowing through.
HUSTLEthis: Were you running a dry tailpipe, or was the water entering the Gatlin? Also, what diameter are you running? Right now, I'm using an insertable glass pack that's about 20" long. Works OK but still loud, curious about how the gatlins work. Thanks! |
