RPM's At Idle for TRS BW Trannies (huber specs)
 

What RPM's should my motors be ideling at for my Trannies hooked up to TRS drives. The trannies have just been redone and only have about 40 hrs on them. I want them to last.

I run mine @ 700 rpm at idle... :drink:

When you shift into gear, what does it idle at?

drops to about 650..in gear

they are very forgiving. you can shift them at much higher rpm than bravo. they are better for engines that don't idle low.

I've got BW 72's, (Huber 925's) and some finicky motors... set my idle to 1000, drops to 800 in gear.

Huber 1450's here. 1000 @ neutral, 650 in gear
