Do these interchange pretty easily? use the same cables? i am looking to upgrade.

They should be standard 33 series cables.

The cables will work, but you may have to change the pivot pins on the end. I had to when changing from Morse to Gaffrig. The Morse pivots were too short. Trick has them.
