If your trying to take the paint off ? Forever :( If your just knocking off the bad spots/ and re painting it will prob be 20 min.. My offshore mounts had some rust places on them where the paint chipped off. I just hit all the bad spots and blasted over the hole thing ruffing up the paint surface for the paint to stick . Wasn't to bad .

But I have a fine sand and 120psi
