Fire Extinguisher

I need to replace my halon bottle in my engine compartment.While painting the bilge I removed it to paint and it is bone empty.Probably not a good scenario if something happened and the insurance company found out it was empty.Where can I get one of these for a reasonable price??.My survey company felt it was a little small for that size compartment.How do I know what size should be in there???.

Yes it is for my 32 Fever.I have to get some measurments from my bildge this weekend when I go up to work on it.Thanks for the info.
