502 cam what is the best to use??????? help

hello I have a 1994 fever. I just bought it an I want to put a cam in it but dont know what kind or witch one to use. it has a flat tap stock in it. I would like to keep th flat tap style. I dont want much just a good lope at idle an it has efi on it will I have to update the ecm also? help me :evilb:
