Correct riser/manifold temp?
 

If I were to check the riser and/or manifold temp with a laser temp guage what would be the right temps?

there really isnt a correct answer there are too many variables because some water bypasses the block and goes directly to the exaust, long and short of it is you should be able to rest your hand on top of the riser with no problems, normally the stb side runs a little hotter then port, 90s to low 100s are common

Really 90-100s? Wow even when was new know couldn't leave hand on riser for more than a few seconds.
