80mm or 85mm Throttle Body for 496HO
 

Who has an 80mm or 85mm throttle body that will bolt right up to the stock 496HO intake manifold to include the stock 496HO mechanical throttle linkage.

The BBK1709 80mm and the BBK17090 85mm throttle bodies will bolt right up to the stock 496HO intake manifold but the throttle linkage of the BBK1709 and BBK17090 are not compatible with the 496HO mechanical throttle linkage. Has anyone converted a BBK1709 80mm or a BBK17090 85mm throttle body linkage to work with the 496HO mechanical throttle linkage? Price? Availability?

We stock a polished billet 80mm throttle body for the 496HO with correct linkage. They are $486.00 each plus UPS and yes we have them in stock. Got to be honest though, they won't do a thing for you on a stock GM intake manifold.

Does the breather tube attach on the same side as the stock 496 TB? Can you send a picture of your unit?
