What hull would you choose
 
What would be your pick for a 28'-30' V-hull that would run in the 90 MPH range with a single reasonably reliable power?

28' Saber.
Built well with a big cockpit and engine compartment. Not sure about the 90 MPH single engine capability.

A 29 extreme will do about 80 with a 496HO and well past 90 with a 525.
It's also a very strong, capable rough water boat.
I've driven the SVL, it's a blast.

The new F1 should be given consideration, it will meet your criteria.
