Electric Motor Help
 

I received a .7 HP vacuum pump in the mail today. I am planning on doing some vacuum bagging in the near future. The pump is brand new and doesn't have a plug attached. The motor did not come with instructions. The motor has 2 black wires and a blue wire and a brown wire. The motor is a 60HZ, 115 volt, 5.1A motor. The motor also came with a capacitor. Can anybody help with the wiring of this motor?
