I trully feel sorry for him or her whoever because he will be burned at the stake for repping for a company that just does not care about its customers. snap on will always be there for you :drink:

Matco, MAC and Cornwell are reliable in our area. Snap-On comes when he wants to (about once every 6-8 wks) Matco comes every week. MAC comes every week, Cornwell comes every other week.

What?.... 1200 for a kr1000 is a good deal. I have one. The only problem with it is it is so deep I have a hard time manuvering it around my shop. The thing weighs 800 lbs empty.

Kennedy makes a line of mechanics boxes. They've been big in industrial and machine shop boxes for decades and they're trying to get in to the mechanical market. I've been buying them for our service trucks. They're as good if not better than anything but Snapon's premium box. Ours are on the back of work trucks so they get their entire load pounded thru the bottoms on the highway. Not a single issue yet. Best part is you can get them for 50% off retail. Bad news is sometimes a long lead time- if you want it built to your specs. (drawer layout, etc)
