Smartcraft upgrade problem 496HO
 

I Changed my Pitot gaffrig speedo to sc1000 smartcraft speedo but
my dealer has been unable to supply a cable to connect the new speedo to twin 496 HO's, anybody have a part no. for me???

Hi Jo
The top diagram is the SC5000 system I have SC1000 dual tach +speedo I have the Tach's connected as in 2nd diagram and speedo connected to tach's but no connection between sppedo and pitot tube. Speedo gives me combined fuel consumption etc but no speed.

You need a speed sensor kit, coverts the water pressure from the pitot to an electrical signal. 881879A2 for less than 80 MPH, 881879A3 for over 80.

bam gave you the correct # heres the diagram if it helps, if you need to order it im shure mbam either has it in stock or can get very quickly for you,
