97`Dually diesel Chevy Question
 
I just baught a 1997 Chevy dually crew cab with only 72k diesel, what could anybody tell me good or bad about these trucks. Any advice is better than nothing....

ya change the oil and when you done change it often and hope the previous owner did the same only 7 qt diesel

As far as the truck in general, IMO they are better built than the stuff that is brand new nowadays, if it is to be used as a truck is meant for.

The chevy diesel of that era isn't the most powerful in comparison to ford or dodge, but its reliable if it is taken care of.

Bad about it 97 DIESEL, the new gm diesels are great but as stated the older ones are pretty much junk although not as bad as the ones from the early 80s, now those where true junk !!!!!!!!
