Please advise on the Cometic part number for the 575 hread gasket.

The Cometic gaskets are bore specific. Go to their website and they are listed.

Depends on thicness and bore size.
I ran nothing but cometics with no problem switch to felpro because the rep let me try a pair.
They look just like comectics your head and block surfaces need to follow there guild lines and stone grit.
The felpros seem to have a sealer that is much sticker.
Intercoolers are just a smart choice for every degree ya drop air intake you should see a 1 HP gain, plus keeping air intake charge down will give you lower EGTS.
