Max rpm on a 525
I just tried a new set of props on my 42ft fountain and never hit the rev. limiters turning around 5400-5500 rpm. the eng. say 4800-52000 rpm "range" does anybody know the max safe rpm's for these motors???? BZ
p.s. went from stock 32 4 blade bravo's to merc. labbed 32's.... |

Rev limiters should be 5350rpms. Your tach could be off a little.

mercury racing said to operate at 4900 too 5200 was perfect.
