how much fluid shoud a super cyborg hold with the merc bellhousing cooler? also what is in- out, on the trannie (hoses)

fill it til its at the full line run the boat, turn off the engines and quikly check the fluid level right after you shut the motors off, before the ooil drains back from the cooler and lines.
