i have 496ho with bravo one.i keep it on a hydrohoist and its a bear to flush thru the drives.any help please.i was going to disconnect the hose from the drive and let it dump back and add water pick ups thru the transom then i could plumb for the flush.is there an easier way with out pulling the motors?

Some people add a T fitting with a valvle on the incoming raw water hose behind the raw water pump...

Don't you have a fresh water intake for a hose in the engine compartment?? They are about $27.00 for a nice chrome plated brass fitting.

nope i do not.also answer me this all these no performance boats searay and so on.if they have 496 ho and bravo's they can't flush so why should I.the motor is fresh water cooled so the only raw water is in the pump heat exchanger and exhaust.if iam correct the only time you get corrision is when the air gets to it.
