496 HO Exaust manifolds needed? Bolt on mod for Gen IV?

I am looking for a set of 496 HO exaust manifolds. Are they a bolt on for the older Gen IV heads? I have heard that they are. Anyone got a set for a good deal?

Side note I also have a copy of Dennis Moores SMB Chevy book that was passed on to me and I no longer need so it needs to go to someone that needs it.
