Re: gas sender unit
I posted this last night at 3.30am doesn't make cent too me i am getting a new sender sat that should fix it :p

Re: gas sender unit
Ground the sending unit wire directly. The gauge should go full scale. If it does, then it's probably the sender. If not, check gauge power (because you already changed the gauge).

Re: gas sender unit
I also am thinking of replacing my sending unit. It reads full until I burn off about 40 gallons. I'd like to find something more accurate. Any suggestions anyone?
Thanks, Steve |
Re: gas sender unit
The Livorsi sender is the way to go for accuracy.

Re: gas sender unit
Artie, when you store the boat for the winter make sure you use all of you gas. Leave the tank empty for the winter. You should also be using Startron in your fuel.
