Ignition upgrade

What would be the suggested ignition upgrade for a Merc EFI motor that is modified and ProCharged? MSD, DUI, Mallory, etc.
Any concerns with the ECM?

I like the MSD stuff.I made this little bracket to hold the box gives easy acess if theres a prob and right underneath is all the relays, plugs,fuese and wirring.Everthing is self contained on the motor,I could pull it straight out and put it on the dyno just like it sits in the boat :drink:
