Trim pump oil

What type of oil is used in the trim pump? I have heard, power steering fluid, ATF, 30wt. motor oil, 10wt. motor oil ,and or any hyd. oil. So what is the consensus?

In my book they recommend dextron 2 or 3 (ATF)

Mine says 30 wt engine oil. I don't think it makes any difference, as long as the fluid has good lubricating qualities. I've also heard the thinner the oil, the faster they trim.
