Anyone have Victory Tabs??
Specifically anyone running the Upgraded InstaTrim tabs from Victory?
I know the owner of Victory is no longer with us, otherwise I'd order a set without a second thought, but since that's not an option, I'm looking to copy his design. Anyone have a set? Specifically I'm looking for metal thickness. The stock tabs are 1/4 inch, but are not reinforced. It looks in the photos like the victory tabs might be a little thinner (hence lighter) since they are reinforced. Also, the extension brackets for the cylinders look to be 1/8 inch. Anyone have any idea on these? thanks |
Re: Anyone have Victory Tabs??
Hi,
I tried to get a set also. I'm just upgrading from the 12x12 to the 12x16 tabs. There are $138.00 list. Might be a less-hassle option unless you are looking to sell them. Regards |
Re: Anyone have Victory Tabs??
What Happened to the guy from Victory? I put a set on a Liberator I have. They work great and are very high quailty. The powder coating did not last long though. I will try and take photos and measurements.

Re: Anyone have Victory Tabs??
I copied the design for my bennett tabs. Used (i think) 1/4" thick stainless. Very strong. Overkill, even. But there's not hing wrong with overkill.
I did break one of the actuators this year though. Anyone got a spare bennett ram? |
