BRAVO III EXPERTS NEEDED who knows the differences in a 2006 bravo III vs a 1998
 

I have damaged a 1998 bravo III with 700 hrs In the last 100hrs I have hopped up a single 7.4 mpi with a 5 PSI Procharger and other goodies on a 9000# boat. 50 MPH 5200 RPM, 26" props, maybe 500hp. I have been able to purchase a new 2006 bravo II and I understand there are some improvements since 1998. Please enlighten me.

I dont know about the outdrive, but 5200 rpms on a 7.4mpi and its held together???

I should have mentioned mag internals + Merlin heads springs and roller rockers.
