jetting blower motor

Where would I find the parts to put a sensor in my exhaust to monitor the exhaust gases to get jetting on the money? I used to use EGT's in gill manifolds but with CMI there is no place to drill with out getting into the water jacket.

You drill through the double walls and weld to seal the water jacket.
