I have a Formula 330ss with v/p 496's 375 hp. I found out from Raylar last year that the only differnece between the 375 and the 425 engines are the cam and the computer program. I am pretty sure my engines redline at 4600 and the 425hp redlines at 4800. I am running about 59-60gps at redline with my current propsets, and I can max out my rpm. I have hit the rev limiter, lightly loaded with a tail wind/current.

If I did the cam and computer swap would it be worth it? Any guesses what speed I would see? Would I need new propsets?

i would think 3-5 mph. and i would think new props.
