Power Steering Cooler?

Two questions:

1. Does anyone have a used power steering cooler they don't need? Just a small one, like the ones I've seen from some outboards?

2. If you're not using your boat for skiing or other uses that require a lot of turning, do you really need a PS cooler? Just wondering if I could do some simplifying (boat is a 26ft powerquest with manual hydraulic steering used primarily for cruising and occasional top speed runs to 70mph)

I found a dedicated Oil cooler I want to use, but have had a hard time with PS coolers on Ebay. First one leaked, and the second one was pretty beatup (on the side away from the photo of course).

They are pretty cheap new, try revolution marine or cpperfprmance, trick etc. I think I paid $70 for mine
