parts reqd to switch from late to early style sbc's

the motors I have in the boat are late style one piece rear main seal style blocks (1989) the new motors Im putting in are old style two piece (010) blocks .......I know I will have to change flywheels....will the old starters work??.....couplers??.....any other concerns???......thnx doug

The starters will work providing that you use the same diameter or tooth count flywheels. The balancers will not interchange, neither will the intake manifolds Everything else will fit.
