Stan, Spanish lesson No.1: It is "Hola"..... :D

I have aa set of camel hump 492 heads that I recently aquired on e-bay. I understand them to be one of the best performance GM heads out there. I thought about sleeving, but for the price of the machining, etc., I probably can get a good stronger 350 block. Anyways, can't wait to start putting the stroker motor together.

I had a 383 with Edlebrock heads low compression for a vortech, sold it to my cousin, he had the heads milled, put in a 512 cam running about 10:1 and is at 485 hp. if your going to do a stroker, you can get a complete rotating assembly for about 1500.00...one piece of advice would be on the strokers to spend the extra money and have it internally balanced using the 350 balancer. all 400's were balanced from the outside and at hi revs some of them do weird things and they are harder on parts.

AFR's new 195 Eliminators are hard to beat. I've been running there older design 195's are they are truely the best head out there.

What kind of rpm are you running to get that number?
