What cam is this?!

It's an flat tappet UltraDyne cam...

It has been in a blower 509.

The numbers I found on the cam is as follows:
J3854
272 282F14
15 16
200278

Going strictly from decoding the serial numbers:
Mechanical flat tappet:
J3854 serial #
272º/282º Seat duration
238º/248º @ .050"
146º/155º @ .200"
.550"/570" lift valve
.3233"/.3353" lift lobe
114 LSA
15 16 (lobe master #)
This cam, when ground, was a solid flat tappet cam.

Thanks alot Bob! :)

After some more research I honestly don't know if the lifters are hyd or mech.

But since it's a mech flat tappet cam then I assume the lifters are the same.
