267 hours 500 efi

looking to purchase a hustler 388 with 500 efi, 267hours 70hrs with whipples, how much life is left before rebuild time, owner states motors well taken care of, and service at merc recommended hours, what are service times for the whipples? thanks for any help.

most recommend a top end (heads) for 500's at 200-250 hrs. Docmanrich whippled his 525's and made it to I believe 310 hrs.......didn't make it to 311. :(
