Hi Strip Poker 388 & formula 382 sr-1,
I still pick Alan's brain for a second opinion - he is the best engineer in the business. The 6 X 9 Classic go for $247.50 a pair and the Reference goes for $337 a pair. The Classic is basically the Babb 934 with a few tweaks. The Reference replaced some of the aluminum of the cone with berylium - an awsome change in sound quality. It will compare to $2500 to $3k home systems. The reference is for someone plays with the boat stopped and enjoys the best sound. May not be worth it if you only play under way. |

Just a tip for you dcgold, you should know your customer and their habits, and second of all you should become a supporter to OSO if you are going to use this forum to sell your products! Just a tip and my $.02. Dave |
Give the guy a break. He's responding to a post. He's not soliciting or advertising. He's informing someone about his product.

He could have PM'd formula382 sr-1 the info first of all, and secondly, I've seen people tossed for promoting goods without paying. I pay, you pay...what's the difference. I think I'm entitled to my opinion. Dave |

Pretty much sums it up. Maybe you should have highlighted 'responding'? :) |
