Bow Lift

I have a 2000 Wellcraft Excalibur with a 565 cui engine put a bravo XR on it with a 26 pitch Bravo prop and can't seem to get enough bow lift any thoughts?

check the hull for a hook use a straight edge to find if you have one.

What do you mean by hook?

If you place a 4' or longer straight edge on the bottom of the boat. If it is tight at both ends and you see some daylight in the middle you have a hook. If there is daylight at either end, you have rocker.
I had less than an 1/8"hook in the last 4" of my hull. I removed it with a belt sander then repainted the area. It made a huge difference in how much of my hull was in the water when running .

How deep is the propshaft below the bottom???

If the drive is at stock depth it should be deep enough, but maybe not. Lowering it 1" with a drive spacer will give more leverage to lift the bow. Prop work will also help. Add cupping in the right place and rake angle.
