exhaust question
 

I just got done installing my procharger and im having a hard time with the top water line on my cmi header on the port side.Can this line be blocked off on both headers if I feed water to the bottom line? There is also 2 lines on each side of the t-stat housing 1 with a check ball and 1 that feeds water when the t-stat opens , which one would be blocked off if any? also, It has a 120 degree t-stat with one hole drilled in it from procharger.Any help would be appreciated .
