Putting longer trim tabs on,Does it scurb some speed ?? Level with the bottom .Some boats have them up 3/4" from the bottom .Witch is better. V hull. Any help would be appreciated.

Merc K planes directions say 3/4' above the bottom.

When my tabs are all the way up, there is no speed loss.

I never measured, but 3/4" sounds about right.

Tabs dowm but level with the bottom of the boat .Will it scrub some speed.With longer tabs.

Mount them above the hull 3/4" at the hinge but a bit higher at the tips, high enough so they have no contact with the water at WOT.

Tabs and full hyd steering? You must be buzzy .Lets see the pics of the tabs. Even if you mount them flush can't you pull them up past level?? Got mine repowder coated and back on.
