Bulldog surge brakes

Hello my name is Mike
I just bought a trailer (car hauler,6K dual axles) with bulldog surge brakes and was wondering if their is a rebuild kit around?
My trailer was built in '97.
If your familiar with surge brakes.....it seems the master cyl went dry some years ago because their was rust inside it(empty). I want to replace that along with the very small shock under it. The bushings are toasted/rusted up. I can snap a few pics if anyone wants to see it.
Anyway, I'm from San Antonio, Texas and wanted to find a dealer/store around here so that I can buy locally. Aside from the shackles holding the bottom half on (hitch). I think I may just need to replace the M.C. and shock. The shock is no longer then 6 or 7" as best. From their I will move on to brake lines and drums....but for sure the front half needs service.
thanks.....or if you can refer me to a web cite.
or what M.C. is that so I can go buy one at a auto store?
Mike
