Do VIP members get to place a free ad???

Do VIP members get to place a free ad in the classifieds??? I thought that used to be one of the "perks" of VIP versus Platinum...

That is 3 free ads in the swap shop at one time. Not the Classifieds. I beleive that VIP's can place more then 3 ads in the swap shop at any time. I think the classifieds cost to place an ad no matter what kind of member you are.
