Does anyone with closed cooling system have a flush set up for the heat exchanger and exhaust manifolds? I have a 525 EFI
I run in salt water and even though its no longer necessary to flush the engine I would like to flush the items still exposed to salt water?

Yes you still need to flush the heat exhangers and exhaust after salt water. I also flush the intercooler by using a prestone antifreeze brand flush kit which is basially a 5/8" T fitting that a garden hose screws to.

Hello! Awesome Advise, Thank You! I Have Just Bought A 1990 Scarab 31 W/ 454 Mags Fresh Water And Bringing It Down To Fl. I Keep Getting Different Advise... Should I Go Closed Or Just Flush?? The Engines Were Rebuilt 15hrs Ago. What Do You Think???

Also, I See 2 Kits, The 4008 And 4008f... Should I Spend The Couple Of Hundi Extra To Go Full, Or Just Protect The Block...

Please Help
