Do a search, lots of threads on this topic. Easy answer- not without spending a lot of money. In the end, it's better to do an engine swap to a more powerful engine- 502 magnum is a lot of bang for the buck- heavy duty internals, your accessories will bolt right on, and you have an instant extra 100HP with stock reliability and can run 87 octane fuel.

What kind of boat? What year engine?

1997 Thunderbird Falcon 2500. Engine is same year. 450 hrs.

I have a 454ci 330 hp in my kids jet boat we upgraded over the winter and went with the cheapest aluminum heads we could find ( can't even remember the name) and a new intake and gained 80 hp on the dyno now 413hp.

A good set of exhaust is a great place to start.
