Built 540's this winter. Precision Marine dyno'ed one with ALL accesories turning and my wet CMI's on the machine.....made 628HP and 699TQ at 4,300!!!

t500hps,Mark dynoed mine too.Very close,638 hp @5400,677 tq at 3900.Very happy with it. BOB

You were a little closer....I made him earn his money and was happy with the way he handled everything. We kept the EFI system which apparently holds me back a bit but burns less fuel. Now I just need to get props/setup dialed in!!!

Started with a 500EFI. Bored/stroked to 540. ported Iron Eagle heads, custom cam (slightly more "aggresive" than the 741), monoblade throttle body/ported plenum, larger fuel injectors, 9,7 compression (93 octane fuel)

630 HP, 700 TQ fully dressed!!!!
