Wiring Harness

I've been asked to find a wiring harness for a 1970 Sea Ray Pachanga. The one from the plug to the motor, not the one from the steering to the motor. Guess you automatically realize I have no idea what I'm talking about. But if you do, please let me know where I can get one. :evilb:

The harnesses are sold to fit the engine. If you provide the engine spec's, someone will direct you where to buy the engine harness. It is most likely a Mercury part.

Count the pins and tell me how many large diameter pins you have. We can probably help.

Thank you both for the information. The pins have been counted. There is a total of 10. 3 of them are large and FYI the color of the wires going to those 3 large are: 1-Black; 1-Orange; 1-Red with a purple stripe. Once again, I have no idea what this means. Any additional questions you have to assist in finding this harness, I'll be happy to obtain the answer.

ok, sounds like you need an old style engine harness. The older style has 3 large plugs where one is an Ammeter lead as apposed to the newer style which uses a voltmeter instead. We can supply you with one of those, give us a call.
