What is the best way to get the bilge clean?

Simple Green is a good degreaser. I usually use one of the lawn and garden feed system dispensers. Fill that with the SG and let the water pressure do the work.

Before going out I always dump a little Dawn into the bigle. It mixes with any residual water and keeps anything in somewhat of a dispersion instead of sticking.

I dump a cup of Tide laundry soap in the bilge with a couple gallons of water and use the boat for the day.All that soap/water will slosh around in there and when I'm done using the boat pull the plug.
You wont beleive how clean it gets.If you have an automatic bilge pump as I do just disconnect it for a while.
