I have the same problem....plumb a good vent system for your valve covers

rv 07-18-2007 07:06 AM

Rob,
What is the ID of your vent hose on the valve covers? If this is too small it will not relieve enough crankcase pressure and this can cause problems - oil leaks, blow by, etc.

crankcaqse ventilatuon

im only running two tall breathers one on each side of valve cover id like to see a good ventilation system , the guy above looks like hes running some sort of catch can can i see better detail thanks rob hows it going rick ?

Rob,
Can you show a picture of the type of breather you are using. One on each valve cover should be enough for your engine, assuming they are the right type of breather. Some breathers are very restrictive and do not do much.

Don't forget about our Fun Run 7/28 out of Northpoint Marina next weekend.
