What Are These Things Called?

1991 Baja Drive Trim Indiacators Are Mounted Onto The Cylinders. And Are Attached With Hose Clamps.
About 2 Inches By 4 With A Half Moon In Them?

Any Ideas Where I'm Going To Get Them?
